Michael's passion for physiotherapy was sparked during his youth when he frequently found himself injured while playing sports such as football and swimming. Spending countless hours in the physio room and gym rehabilitating his injuries, he realised that physiotherapy was the perfect career path for him after finishing secondary school in Hong Kong.

Michael completed a double degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise & Sport Science from The University of Notre Dame Australia in Fremantle, Western Australia. He then worked in Australia for three years before returning to Hong Kong to continue his career. Growing up across Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong has given Michael a unique perspective and the ability to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

He is passionate about using his skills to help people overcome their injuries and improve their quality of life. Outside of his work at Helix, Michael enjoys playing football, surfing, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
