As a former over(worked) accountant, Osmond understands what it takes to get people fit and out of pain. He has had experience in training National Team Athletes, Victoria's Secret Models and Miss Hong Kong.


Jacky Au

Training Director

Head Personal Trainer 

Growing up in an active family, Jacky has always been passionate about health and fitness, eventually pursuing Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health. Jacky has worked with clients from all walks of life. He has also mentored other personal trainers and is a firm believer that we should never stop learning.

Anthony Chung

Senior Personal Trainer

Anthony was a former Hong Kong elite athlete, competing internationally for more than 10 years. He also has experience in working with local universities on different sports-related research projects. He loves working with elder clients or anyone with special needs.


Chris Li

Senior Personal Trainer

Specialized in body transformation, Chris is experienced in helping a wide variety of clients reach their goals whether it may be losing weight or building muscle.

Chris’s passion as a personal trainer stems from helping others reach their goals and creating a healthier lifestyle.


Susana Tsang

Senior Personal Trainer

Susana was a former worker in the Civil Engineering industry, turning a fitness hobby into a career path. She specialises in body composition as well as general wellness. Her experience with losing 20kg bridges the gap in understanding and helping clients reach their goals.
