Anthony Chung

Senior Personal Trainer

No matter what your goal is, developing body awareness is always the key.

Being mindful in our motion is knowing how our joints and muscles move during different movements. Anthony guides his client to focus on the constant feedback from your body, helping them engage key muscle groups and find steadiness in any form of exercises. Some define steadiness as a balance between effort and ease, something that Anthony believes will help us stay away from injury and pain, bulletproofing out body's for the future.

Through all the years in the sporting field, Anthony has developed a wide spectrum of skills, including yoga, qigong to traditional weight bearing exercises. He loves blending different varieties of training methods into his sessions, making sure clients feel a challenge but also finds joy and fun through trianing.
