Ryan Shum

Senior Personal Trainer

Ryan is dedicated to helping you master the body through a mindful and systematic approach to exercising. As a sports enthusiast, Ryan has explored a diverse array of physical activities, including yoga, calisthenics, bouldering, martial arts, rugby, dance and weight training, to name a few. His experiences have helped him create a system to help people become stronger and better at moving. Conventional weight training, weighted mobility & flexibility training, breathwork and full body coordinative exercises are pillars he will use to help you build body awareness, increase muscle mass, find body alignment, and ultimately help you build confidence in the way you move and look.

Ryan works with a wide range of clients, ranging from HK national rugby players to children and elderlies. He looks forward to sharing his passion of the human body with you on your journey towards body mastery.
