Senior Personal Trainer
Susana was born and raised in London, and spent most of her adolescent years being overweight and unengaged with sports. It wasn't until university that she began to develop healthy lifestyle habits through trial and error, incorporating both diet and exercise with the goal of weight/fat loss in mind. A career in Civil Engineering was pursued where she juggled her office/site job with her passion for fitness. Scrambling for 6am workouts and prepping meals to stay on-track with her goals, thus over the years losing 20 kilos in weight.
Susana spent many years in a grey area of trial and error to find her path for body composition, she understands the struggles clients may face from personal experience. The dream was born and finally she left her corporate career to become a personal trainer.
She now spends her effort more passionately helping a number of clients from all walks of life, such as students, young adults, mothers or retired individuals. With years of experience, Susana tailorises her work to suit each clients' needs, be it body composition, food guidance, strength, performance goals or general upkeep of health.
She truly believes in developing habits that are sustainable and enjoyable whilst guiding clients to their goals, ensuring they have fun as well as learn from the process. Takeaways that they can adopt lifelong, for a healthier and happier future.
