    You will be qualified for the 60+ programme from your 60th birthday. For 59 and under, you can refer to our Personal Training programme
  • What should I expect from my first physiotherapy session?

  • How fit do I have to be to join the 60+ Programme?

    Helix physiotherapists are registered with Hong Kong Board, thus we are a recognised physiotherapy service provider by most insurance companies. For details of your insurance coverage, you should check your own insurance policy's terms and conditions.
  • How can Helix help me if I'm not in pain?
    Helix emphasises heavily on preventive healthcare, as well as overall fitness and wellness.   • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we require 24-hour notice in advance. There will be a cancellation fee should you cancel or change your session within 24 hours.
  • How long does a session last?
    Your initial physiotherapy session takes approximately 45 minutes, and follow-up visits are either 30 or 45 minutes long depending on your condition. Your personal training sessions would last for 60 minutes. 60+ training sessions will typically last for 45 minutes.
  • What kind of pains/conditions do you manage?
