Growing up Chris was naturally very lean and found it difficult to put on mass. Through weight training, Chris has gained confidence and created sustainable life-long habits, contributing to a healthier lifestyle. Seeing the way his efforts/results from the gym has physically and mentally impacted his life for the better, he set a path on becoming a personal trainer.
Chris believes everyone can benefit from weight-training in some form or another and wants to educate clients to help them reach their personal goals.
He has worked with countless clients with pain that is often associated with lack of muscle strength or imbalances. Adopting the combined approach of weight-training and physiotherapy has helped him create better results with clients and improved longevity for training.
